Vanv AI Agency LLC provides AI receptionist and scheduling tools that integrate with connected calendars, including Google Calendar through Cal.com, to book and manage appointments for medical spas, dental offices, clinics, and similar service businesses.

User responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when using our services.
You are responsible for managing your own calendar, business rules, and permissions.
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact your customers.

SMS messaging program terms

By providing a phone number and opting in, customers agree to receive appointment-related text messages, including confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, cancellation notices, and support follow-ups.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
