Google user data we access

• …/auth/calendar.events — create, edit, and manage calendar events you can access.
• …/auth/calendar.readonly — read free/busy information to check availability.

How we use Google data

• Create/modify events when a booking is confirmed.
• Read availability to avoid double-bookings.
• Send confirmations and reminders.

We do not use Google data for advertising or selling. Human access is only for support, legal, or safety purposes.

Data sharing

We do not sell Google user data. Data is only shared with providers who help us operate the product (e.g., hosting, automation) under agreements that protect user data.

Storage & protection

• Event details may be stored in encrypted databases.
• All data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS.
• Access is role-restricted.

Retention & deletion

We retain Google event data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

You may request deletion by emailing vanvaiagency@gmail.com with subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will delete stored data and revoke tokens within 30 days. You can also revoke our access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Your choices

You may disconnect Google anytime and request deletion or data copies via vanvaiagency@gmail.com.
